Lift Total Wellness – Sessions Tailored to Each Individual
Lift Total Wellness isn’t like most Pilates Studios. We believe, especially for people just starting out or individuals dealing with neck and back pain, that it’s important to start with individualized sessions. Learning the proper movements and revisions are important if one wants to avoid injury or frustration. Once students have the basics, they’re ready for classes!
It’s for these reasons that we don’t have “drop in” classes. All classes are by appointment. We teach contemporary Pilates but include traditional exercises and all movements are customized for the student.
