Terisha’s Pilates instruction increases core strength. It tones and strengthens the abdominal muscles and sculpts long, lean muscles while correcting posture and reducing pain.
Therapeutic Massage
Terisha offers a wide range of therapeutic techniques. Every individual has different needs, and those techniques are blended to create a customized, unique session every time. Terisha is one of only three certified, in the state of Georgia, in the Arvigo Technique Maya Abdominal Massage (ATMAM).
